How long until my book arrives? ⌄
Your book is digitally created within 24-48 hours. After payment it is printed within 4 working days and usually arrives within 8 working days.
Can I preview the book before ordering? ⌄
Yes! You get a digital preview first. You only proceed to checkout once you are completely satisfied with the result.
Can I change the text myself, and how much text fits on a page? ⌄
Yes. In the preview you can edit the text of every page. Each line can be up to 60 characters, including spaces and punctuation, so press Enter to start a new line when a sentence gets long. About 6 to 10 lines per page keeps the letters nice and big. Press "Save all changes" and wait for the green confirmation - a red message means the text has not been saved yet.
What age range is suitable? ⌄

Can I include multiple children? ⌄
Yes, you can add up to 5 names. The story automatically adapts so every child plays a significant role in the adventure.
What are the shipping costs? ⌄
Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
